Tiburon Real Estate Market

Careful development has kept Tiburon's coastal beauty intact throughout its long, colorful history. The city has a number of building policies to regulate new construction, and honor the aesthetics of the city's oldest buildings. Tiburon homes and condos come in a wide variety of luxury styles, with prices extending well into the millions for a top-end home. Many properties here are surrounded by walking and biking paths leading into the hills, especially near Blackie's Pasture.

Given its position on the bay front and the sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge, and of course the San Francisco Bay, homes for sale in Tiburon don't come cheap. Some of Tibruon's most expensive homes commonly creep up into the $10 to $12 million price range, and even some of the city's lesser expensive homes still exceed $2 or $3 million. But when you get a look at not only the awesome views so many Tiburon homes offer but also all the lavish and luxurious interior finishes most also include, it's easy to see why so many active buyers are willing to pay a premium to one day call Tiburon home.

Although Tiburon is considered a small town by every measure, there's still plenty to see and do here once moving to the area. Every Thursday in the spring, summer, and fall is a community Farmer's Market that's widely considered to be one of the best in Marin County, and the undeveloped Angel Island State Park is also only a short ferry ride away, which features plenty of hiking and biking trails, not to mention incredible panoramic views of San Francisco.
