Terra Linda Real Estate Market

Terra Linda is noted for its mid-century modern aesthetic. Ranch and modernist style homes are the hallmark of the community with homes by such mid-century notables as Alliance Homes, Kenney, and Eichler. There are, in fact, two separate Eichler tracts in Terra Linda. Terra Linda South features 225 homes built by Joseph Eichler between 1958 and 1960. A larger Eichler community can be found in Terra Linda North with 625 Eichler homes that were built between 1955 and 1961 and include several two-story Eichlers.

Terra Linda is a great neighborhood for the mid-century modern enthusiast. Some homes are move-in ready, while others are somewhat more of a bargain and offer the opportunity for renovation.

Terra Linda Community Amenities

The bi-weekly Farmers Market at the Marin Civic Center is a popular destination for fun and food. Terra Linda has parks and playgrounds for the kids, playing fields and courts for sports, and a Community Center that offers fun activities and classes for residents of all ages and interests.
