🚀 Listing was Now Ready for Lauch!

With all of the updates complete, we listed the home for sale at $2,150,000 and launched the listing with the Renee Adelmann Team's proprietary marketing plan to provide Larry and Heather’s beautiful home with unmatched exposure.     

Professional staging, photography, and videography was utilized to showcase the home and we aggressively marketed the home through traditional methods (such as the MLS, print marketing, signage, a single property website, and open houses) however we significantly amplified the exposure the home received thru:

  • 📣 SOCIAL MEDIA promotion (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok) which resulted in more than 11,420 views
  • 📧 EMAIL MARKETING to our proprietary database of well over 20,000 Eichler home buyers and enthusiasts

As a result of our efforts, our open houses were packed with hundreds of qualified buyers and agents (as well as neighbors!) who were all very complimentary of the updates and simply loved❤️ the home. 

🏆 and the Final Result 

We were able to generate multiple offers on the home – all well above the asking price – and it closed escrow (in just 7 days) for $2,385,000!

Needless to say, my clients Larry and Heather were thrilled!  Their home sold for $235,000 over the asking price and $431,085 more than the average sale price for the neighborhood in 2023.
