Richmond Real Estate Market

Richmond has a population around 110,000 people, making it one of Contra Costa County's largest cities. Among the many things that make the local Richmond housing market appealing are all the waterfront recreational amenities and even a number of waterfront homes and condo developments as well, which are usually in pretty high demand. Entry level condos and townhouses in Richmond usually start somewhere close to $300,000, although choices at this price point are usually fairly limited. Richmond CA has many neighborhoods. Marina Bay is a bayside community of contemporary homes and condominiums. Just north of Marina Bay is Point Richmond, one Richmond’s older neighborhoods.
