Temescal Real Estate Market

Outside of Telegraph Ave, Temescal is primarily a residential neighborhood full of early 20th century bungalows and craftsman-style houses. Apartments and condos also have a significant presence throughout the Temescal neighborhood, but single-family homes truly make up the bulk of the area’s housing landscaping.
