East Peralta Real Estate Market

As alluded to above, the housing market around East Peralta is somewhat limited, so don’t expect to find much available as you browse what’s currently available in this Oakland neighborhood. International Boulevard mostly consists primarily of commercial development, which includes an assortment of ethnic restaurants, auto repair shops, and other local businesses that serve much of the East Oakland community. Even up on East Peralta’s north side, where residential development is at least somewhat more common, much of the landscape is still filled with old industrial buildings and warehouses, truly limiting what you’ll find here in terms of a new place to live.
