Nicasio Homes & Real Estate

Browse today's new Nicasio homes for sale plus more properties in Marin County below! The small city of Nicasio lies just 8 miles southwest of Navoto in Northern California's scenic Lucas Valley region. Also situated just east of Samuel P. Taylor State Park, Nicasio features much more of a rural setting than most Marin County cities and towns, which is perfect for anyone seeking a quiet, countryside home. Nicasio is also one of Marin County's smallest communities, and recently gathered population stats only have about a 100 people total living in the area. But with many crediting Nicasio as also being one of the more scenic places to live in the entire Bay Area region, homes for sale in Nicasio don't often come cheap. For a small town of only about 100 people, the Nacasio real estate market regularly features housing opportunities that often feel larger than life. Many Nacasio homes for sale are best described as sprawling estates that include spectacular views and outlooks of the area's impressive natural landscape, not to mention high-quality finishes and features throughout the inside of these homes as well. Complete with a white clapboard church, a one-room schoolhouse, and a town square, Nicasio has a home town feeling with Marin sophistication. Situated in the geographical center of Marin County, Nicasio is surrounded by rolling hillsides that are dotted with firs, bay trees, oaks, and the occasional stand of redwoods. Located in the center of town, Rancho Nicasio is a hot spot for weekend entertainment. With some really good bands, and the occasional celebrity, Rancho Nicasio draws visitors from all over the North Bay area.
