Monterey Boulevard, which is on the southern boundary of Monterey Heights, offers a direct route to I-280, the main freeway that transects San Francisco and links with points north, south, and east of the city.

Monterey Heights’ hillside location also means that many of the homes have nice views to the west toward the Lake Merced and Sunset Districts.
