Willow Court Lofts Market

Thomas Dolan Architecture, a local firm whose portfolio includes California Cotton Mills Studios, Ocean View Lofts, and the Phoenix Lofts, created the adaptation of Willow Court Lofts from a warehouse to a loft community. All of the 18 lofts are live-work units with 2 or 3 levels, designed as townhouses and arranged around an inner courtyard that encourages a sense of community. Features of the lofts at 1695 15th Street include high ceilings, exposed roof trusses, and smooth finish walls, with polished concrete flooring on the ground level and wood floors in the loft areas.

Willow Court Loft Amenities

Amenities include use of the common courtyards and deeded parking in an off-street lot.

Willow Court Lofts have a convenient, and relatively affordable, West Oakland location. The area is undergoing redevelopment, making it possible to find quality housing at price points slightly under the cost of comparable homes in nearby communities. Residents of 1695 15th Street can enjoy entertainment, dining and nightlife in nearby Jack London Square and Emeryville. On a practical level, commuters will appreciate the fact that the West Oakland BART station is within walking distance and local freeways and the Bay Bridge are almost, literally, out the front door.
