Green City Lofts Market

Swatt and developer Martin Samuels wanted to go taller than ordinances allowed and were told to bring something "compelling" to the table in order to be granted an exemption. That compelling something was a plan for contemporary, stylish design coupled with thoughtfully-integrated green principles throughout the project — from start to finish.

Green City Lofts consists of five separate buildings grouped around common gardens. Each unit embodies the green philosophy and includes Energy Star appliances; radiant floor heating; built-in home recycling systems; carefully designed windows that allow ventilation and natural lighting; and environmentally-friendly finishes that include no-VOC paints, and sustainable flooring, cabinets, and doors. The Green City Lofts also offer a parking garage, and most units have a balcony, patio, or small front porch.
