Hawthorne Place at 77 Dow Place

Hawthorne Place at 77 Dow Place is a chic, loft-style condominium development in the heart of San Francisco's Yerba Buena District.  Designed by Kotas/Pantaleoni Architects, whose portfolio includes a live/work loft studio project at 49 Zoe Street in San Francisco and Key Route Lofts in Emeryville, this mid-rise condominium building presents a sleek, glass-filled façade to the pubic with eighty-three contemporary loft units inside.

Condos at 77 Dow Place have two basic floor plans, all of which are 1-bedroom/1.5-bath with square footage ranging from 830 sq. ft. to 1188 sq. ft.  All units are two-level, loft-style homes with the master bedroom located in a mezzanine above the living spaces.  High ceilings, open floor plans, floor to ceiling windows, and exposed concrete give the condos their loft character; while hardwood flooring, plush bedroom carpeting, and gourmet kitchens add comfort and urban panache.  Most units feature sliding doors with a French balcony, although a few units have small patios.

Hawthorne Place has the best of all San Francisco worlds.  Its address at 77 Dow Place puts it close to the Financial District, Union Square, Moscone Center, and the arts and entertainment of Yerba Buena, but within steps of the clubs and excitement found in neighboring SoMa and South Beach.
