Larkspur Homes & Real Estate

Welcome to your best Larkspur real estate resource as well as all homes on the market in Marin County. Larkspur is a lovely Marin County town that has a quintessential suburban feel that's hard to overlook if buyers are searching for a pleasant new place to call home. The town itself is unique in that it's essentially divided into two separate parts, which are each naturally divided by Corte Madera Creek on the northern end of town. Larkspur also features one of the most charming and walkable downtowns buyers will find in all of Marin County, and buyers will quickly find it's full of quaint little shops, restaurants, eateries, and of course its fair share wine bars as well. A great school system also helps anchor the community's high-level of appeal, and its location just off Highway 101 makes it a convenient place to live for any frequent commuter who works in San Francisco or any other nearby city in Marin County. Entry-level cottages for sale in Larkspur can sometimes be found for under $1 million, but it's not all that common. Overall, most houses for sale in Larkspur tend to start close to $1.5 million and sometimes reach as much of $4 or $5 million, which usually means home buyers will be purchasing a home that truly has all the bells and whistles.
