Diablo Real Estate Market

Despite being Spanish for the word "devil," Diablo couldn't offer a more pleasant environment to call home. As a potential home buyer, you'll find that many houses for sale on the Diablo real estate market are quaint and charming, and the town's quiet tree-lined streets almost feel like something out of the much slower-paced mid-century era. In addition, much of the Diablo community is centered on the gorgeous grounds of the Diablo Country Club, only adding to the pleasant and serene vibe that in many ways defines this beautiful part of Contra Costa County.

Thanks to most of Diablo's landscape being residential, there are usually more options and opportunities to buy here than you may think. But with that said, it also happens to regularly rank high up on the Forbes list of most expensive ZIP codes in the U.S., meaning many homes for sale in Diablo can be quite pricey, even for the Bay Area. Most houses in Diablo are quite stately, offering four to six bedrooms, large lot sizes, and anywhere from 2,500 square feet to over 5,000 square feet of total living area. In addition, some homes for sale in Diablo even offer exquisite views of the local golf course, not to mention the stunning surrounding scenery that helps define this entire region. As you drive around most of Diablo's neighborhoods, you might also notice that most homes are also beautifully landscaped, only adding to the allure of this one-of-a-kind Contra Costa community.

Diablo Community Amenities

Although it has a post office, Diablo is primarily a residential community. Shops and restaurants, however, are not far away. For the everyday necessities of life, residents make the short drive to Danville or San Ramon, or hop onto Interstate-80 to Walnut Creek or Dublin. The very exclusive Diablo Country Club is a popular spot for golf, tennis, and socializing.

Diablo School Information

Children living in Diablo attend school in the highly-acclaimed San Ramon Valley Unified School District, which is one of the top ranking school districts in California.
