Brentwood CA is a new housing market, carved out of old farms, orchards, and ranchlands. Most of the subdivisions in Brentwood were built after 1990; as a result, many homes in Brentwood are modern homes with contemporary style. Thanks to Brentwood’s mountainous terrain, some homes up in the hills feature absolutely breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape, but expect to pay a premium for anything that boasts such sweeping and mesmerizing outlooks. Brentwood Community Amenities

Brentwood California is a thriving Bay Area community in Contra Costa County. Just south of Antioch and Oakley, Brentwood is somewhat off the beaten path, but still close to the conveniences of daily life; Livermore is just twenty-five miles south, Concord is twenty-five miles northwest, and there is a big-box shopping center located on the Brentwood/Antioch city boundary.

Brentwood began as a farming community. Although many of the original orchards and farms have been replaced by suburban housing developments, agriculture is still important to the local economy.
