Tiburon: Upcoming Friday Nights On Main

During the summer and fall months Tiburon shuts down the Main Street for a local street party: it becomes a walking / eating / music venue for locals and visitors. There are often themes depending on what else is going on around town.  Parking is tight. I recommend biking, bus, ferry, or walking (or combo) if possible. Check out the September line up:

This month there is a lot going on:

• September 13: Oktoberfest 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Beer, Bands and Bratwurst Festival  
• September 20: Annual Fireman’s Ball, featuring the red hot rockin’ soul music of the Fundamentals.  (hosted by the Tiburon Chamber of Commerce)
• Septmber 27: In honor of the September 29th annual Open Water RCP Tiburon Mile Swim from Tiburon to Angel Island,  (What does RCP stand for? I don't know!) the Friday Night on Main gang kick off the event with music, food and, of course, a Main Street Party.  This event is also hosted by  the Tiburon Chamber of Commerce.
