Home buyers frequently ask us "How long has this home been on the market?"  This is a very popular question with anyone purchasing a home in the Bay Area since it can provide a general gauge as to the possible interest level of buyers for a particular property.  Additionally, it can sometimes be utilized as a barometer for potential price reductions by home sellers.
