Cool Loft for Sale in Oakland

Today I went to preview a loft for a client that is relocating from out of town. It's located in a really sweet building built in 1922 located on East 11th Street near Lake Merritt.  The building is in great condition and still has lots of its original details. This particular unit has a refurbished concrete floor, keeping in the true original spirit of the building. It's bright, with plenty of light coming in through the central court yard and parking area.
