I love it when everything goes the way the client wants it to! Such was the case with 735 Olive #B4, a 2 bed 1.5 bath condo in Novato. My clients were getting an FHA loan to make their purchase, however there are not very many condominium complexes that take FHA loans anymore. Luckily with nonstop help from the seller and the buyer's mortgage broker and a lot of patience from the buyers the complex was able to be re-approved for FHA loans in record time.
I'm thrilled for my buyers that they were able to get the unit they wanted at the price they wanted and when they wanted. This close to town location will make running errands and commuting convenient.
