I just want to say how much we all appreciated working with Janis. She was so helpful, never pressuring and always in our corner. Her down to-earth-approach and willingness to help us in any way possible was wonderful. It is always somewhat stressful to sell a house, and in our case a beloved home, but Janis smoothed the waters to make it all happen in the best possible way. Thanks to all the lovely neighbors that stopped in to talk to us and even help out on occasion. Mom and Dad would have been glad about how things were handled.
