Corinthian Island Real Estate Market

Located directly north of the Golden Gate Bridge, the Corinthian Island neighborhood of Belvedere, California is a small community. Belvedere as a whole has a population of just over 2,000 people in less than one square mile. The city is comprised of three communities — Belvedere Island, Belvedere Lagoon, and Corinthian Island. The Corinthian Island neighborhood only has 54 homes on its streets, each with breathtaking views of Sausalito and San Francisco.

The neighborhood is completely built out, with the housing market dominated by single-family homes and approximately 100 rental units. Home prices maintain a $1.7 million average closing price with a price per square foot of $1,000. Homes for sale are not often found, but range from 2,000 to 8,000 square feet. Nearly all of the homes in the area are built on multiple levels, with builders having taken the steep hillside into account during construction.
