Born in Japan, I reside in Oakland with my husband, two children, and two rescued beagles named Maria, and Spike. I am an experienced Realtor serving the East Bay communities. I focus on helping my clients achieve their real estate goals and I am a detail-oriented and keen practitioner of all aspects of the real estate sales, marketing, and purchase process.
A graduate of San Francisco State University with an MBA in Finance, I worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions for companies in Silicon Valley, including ComputerWare, Netscape, and Sony. Always a fan of great architecture, it was in Silicon Valley where I first encountered fabulous Eichler homes in Palo Alto and Mountain View. How smashingly good looking they were!
New opportunities led us to Los Angeles, where we eventually settled in the Hollywood Hills. There, I discovered the mid-century modern style in architecture and design. My passion for architecture and design led me back to school and I studied interior design at UCLA, including architectural drawing, space planning, and green design.
After spending seven years in LA, moving back to the Bay Area felt like coming home. I am passionate about great architecture and dream of someday building my own green home using recycled shipping containers.
